Elevated Living is Elevated Luxury
Poplar Ridge of Asheville is a private mountain sanctuary nestled 15 minutes above the valley of downtown Asheville with elevations ranging from 2300 - 3300 feet and offering 360 degree views.
Poplar Ridge is an established community, with the first homes built in 2000.
Careful and intentional planning and releases of phases has maintained a consistent and high standard of design in our homes. We are stewards of your investment and legacy.
Roads are wide, homesites are large, and privacy is ensured in this gated community.

Though the Poplar Ridge community is rooted in an enduring landscape, that doesn't mean our residents have to sacrifice access to a vibrant urban lifestyle.
Asheville, North Carolina, as well as nearby Hendersonville, Fletcher, and even Greenville, South Carolina, are within easy reach of Poplar Ridge.
Outdoor adventures are close at hand, too, with the Smokey Mountains, Pisgah National Forest, French Broad River, and the Blue Ridge Parkway making for easy day trips from our neighborhood.

Lifestyle and Legacy
We are unlike many typical luxury communities - we are debt free which has allowed us the time and patience to develop Poplar Ridge as what we intended - A Lifestyle and a Legacy, an investment for your future and your family.
We began at the end of the 2008 recession and since we began debt free, we have not compromised by dramatically lowering prices or releasing lots when we were not ready.
We know how important the investment in a home is to the buyers in this community and we will continue to support them by building the highest quality homes in a fiscally responsible manner, using patience as warranted instead of seeking a quick exit, or being compelled to pursuing overly aggressive financing options.
