Timberline Custom Homes was formed in 2002 as a relatively small custom home builder with a "hands-on" philosophy whereby our clients deal directly with either the owner (Mark) or Construction Manager (Mark Jr.) throughout the entire construction process. Between the two principals, we have over 47 years of experience in design and construction ranging from commercial and institutional projects to custom and speculative homes at widely different price points. We recently won a Gold Craftsmanship Award from the Asheville Home Builders Parade of Homes for a luxury home in a local gated community, however, we have also built 1200 square foot starter homes, delivering exceptional value for each.

As a registered engineer, the owner is detail and design-oriented with client satisfaction our ultimate goal. We don't operate from a fancy, expensive office space or have layers of project management personnel. However, we do try to limit our volume to afford each client the attention he or she deserves. This low overhead mentality and our "value-added" approach to design and material selections result in the most value possible in local custom home building.
